Shipping Charges

We charge a flat fee of 30 AED for shipping across the United Arab Emirates. For international shipping, we charge a flat fee of 45 AED for the first kilogram, and then an additional fee of 25 AED per extra kilogram.

Delivery Times

We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 15 working days, and delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your delivery.

International Shipping

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to customs clearance processes.
